An AI wedding speech generator turns your notes about a couple into a speech you can stand up and give. You choose your role, the length and the tone, type the couple's names and a few stories, and it writes a first draft that opens with who you are, tells one or two of your stories, says something true about the two of them together and ends with a toast.

It covers the eight people most often asked to speak: Best man, Maid of honor, Father of the bride, Mother of the bride, Groom, Bride, Friend and Sibling. Length is set as 2 minutes, 3-4 minutes or 5 minutes, which at a normal speaking pace is roughly 250 to 650 words. Most guests would pick shorter; three minutes told well beats seven minutes of inside jokes. Tone runs from Heartfelt with some humor to Mostly funny, Sentimental or Short and elegant.

The draft is meant to use only stories you supply. The model is told not to invent embarrassing anecdotes, and where the speech needs a personal detail you did not give, it leaves a [placeholder] for you to fill. That matters at a wedding: an invented story about the groom is worse than no story.

The speech is written by Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, running with Ollama on the Toolz server. Your form is sent over HTTPS and the speech streams back as it is written; a 5-minute speech can take 30 to 60 seconds. Your stories and the couple's names are used to write the reply and then discarded: they are not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company. The model is small and miscounts length, so treat the output as a draft: reorder it, cut lines that do not sound like you, and read it aloud with a timer.

It is free, no signup, within about 20 drafts per 10 minutes. Other routes are writing from scratch with a structure in mind, paying a speechwriter, or a general chatbot that may keep the couple's private stories.
