What is an AI cold email generator?
An AI cold email generator writes a first sales email to someone who has never heard from you. You describe your offer, who you are writing to, an optional personal detail or trigger, and the ask: a 15-minute call, a reply with interest, a free trial, sending a resource or a meeting next week. A language model returns three variations, each under 120 words with its own subject line, plus one short follow-up for day 4.
The prompt follows the rules that make cold outreach get replies. Lead with the prospect's situation, not the sender. Make one clear ask. No fake familiarity such as "hope you are well, as we discussed", and no invented results or client names. The personal detail field is where a good cold email is won: a real reason you are writing to this person now, such as a launch, a hire or a problem you noticed on their site.
This is different from the AI Email Writer, which handles any email to someone you already deal with, and the AI Letter Writer, which is for formal letters. This tool is for sales and partnership outreach only.
The model runs on the Toolz server. Your form is sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and the emails stream back as they are written. Prospect names and your pricing are used to write the reply and then discarded: they are not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company. A 1B model can still add a claim you cannot back up or sound generic when the inputs are thin, so edit before sending.
It does not find email addresses, send mail or add the legal footer. Laws such as CAN-SPAM in the US require commercial email to include a way to opt out and a postal address, and the GDPR in Europe limits who you can contact, so add those yourself. It is free with no signup, within about 20 generations per 10 minutes, compared with paid outreach platforms that keep your lead list on file.
