AI Job Description Generator

An AI job description generator writes a job posting from the basic facts about a role. You enter the job title, and optionally the company, employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract or Internship) and location. Then you list the responsibilities, requirements and perks in whatever rough form you have. The model returns a posting with sections for about the role, what you will do, what you bring, what we offer, and how to apply.

The structure matters because candidates skim. Must-have and nice-to-have requirements are kept separate and short, which helps people who meet most of the list decide to apply. The model is told to use inclusive, gender-neutral language and to avoid jargon such as "rockstar" or "ninja", which tends to put good applicants off.

It runs on the Toolz server. Your notes are sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and the posting streams back as it is written. The role details, including anything confidential about an unannounced opening, are used to write the reply and then discarded: they are not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company.

Be aware of the limits. The model does not know salary ranges, local employment law or what your competitors pay, and it is told not to invent salary or benefits: it leaves [placeholders] for you to fill. A 1B model can also misplace a requirement or add a vague line, so read the posting against your notes. Each field takes up to 8,000 characters.
