AI FAQ Generator

An AI FAQ generator writes a frequently asked questions section from a description of a product, service or topic. You describe what the FAQ is about, name the audience if you like, and choose 6, 8, 10 or 12 questions. A language model writes questions phrased the way customers type them and answers each in two or three sentences, with the direct answer first.

FAQ sections do two jobs. They cut support email by answering the same questions once, and they give search engines and AI answer tools short passages that respond to a specific query. The answer-first style is what makes a passage quotable on its own. Keep your expectations right on rich results, though: since 2023 Google shows FAQ rich results only for well-known government and health sites, so FAQ markup rarely produces the expandable snippet for other sites. The content still helps readers and can still be cited.

The model will not make up your prices, refund policy or specifications. Where a fact is needed it leaves a [placeholder] for you to fill in, because a small model guessing at your returns window is worse than no answer. Read every answer before you publish and replace each placeholder with the real detail.

Generation happens on the Toolz server. Your description is sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and the FAQ streams back as it is written. Product details you enter are used to write the reply and then discarded: they are not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company. The model does not browse the web, so it cannot see what customers ask about you elsewhere; your support inbox is the better source of real questions.
