AI Interview Questions Generator

An AI interview questions generator produces a set of questions you are likely to face, or want to ask, for a given job. You enter the role, choose a seniority (Entry level, Mid level, Senior or Manager), say whether you are a candidate preparing or an interviewer hiring, and optionally name focus areas such as technical skills or leadership. It returns 12 questions grouped as behavioural, role-specific and situational.

The perspective switch changes what comes with each question. A candidate gets advice on how to structure a strong answer, for example with the STAR method (situation, task, action, result), and what to avoid saying. An interviewer gets a note on what a strong answer shows and a red flag to listen for. The same role therefore gives two different, useful documents.

The model runs on the Toolz server. Your form is sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and the questions stream back as they are written. Nothing is downloaded, so it works in any modern browser, which is handy for a last look on your phone before the interview. What you type is used to write the reply and then discarded: it is not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company.

The questions are typical, not leaked. The model has no knowledge of what a particular company asks, does not browse the web, and a 1B model can produce a generic or repeated question. For deep technical roles, treat the output as a starting list and add questions from the job ad yourself. Practise saying answers aloud; reading them is not the same.
