AI Email Writer

An AI email writer drafts a complete email from a short description of what you need to say. You pick the purpose, pick a tone, and describe who it is to and what it is about, and a language model writes a subject line, a greeting, a concise body and a sign-off.

Most of the email that eats time is not hard, just awkward: the follow-up after a meeting that went quiet, the request to a colleague in another team, the apology for a missed deadline, the invitation that needs dates in it. The form covers ten purposes (follow-up, introduction, request, thank you, apology, meeting request, job application, complaint, invitation and announcement) and five tones: professional, friendly, formal, casual and urgent. The model is told to sound natural rather than templated, and to leave [placeholders] for names or facts you did not give it. The model runs on the Toolz server. Your form is sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and the email streams back as it is written. What you type about your clients, colleagues or job search is used to write the reply and then discarded: it is not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company. It is free, with no signup and no connection to your inbox.

Two limits to keep in mind. A 1B model can drop a detail, get a date wrong or add a line you did not ask for, so read the email before sending. It also knows nothing about the person you are writing to beyond what you tell it, and cannot check your calendar or past threads.

The alternatives are writing it yourself, reusing a saved template, or the AI built into your mail client, which reads your whole mailbox. This one sits in between: faster than a blank screen, it sees only what you type, and it keeps nothing. The limit is about 20 emails per 10 minutes.
