AI Thank You Note Generator

An AI thank you note generator writes short notes of thanks for something a person did or gave. You say who you are thanking, the occasion, what they did and the tone you want, and it writes three numbered notes of different lengths, each naming the specific thing and why it mattered to you.

That last part is what separates a real thank-you from a form letter. 'Thank you for the gift' tells Aunt Rosa nothing; 'the yellow blanket is already on the cot' tells her you noticed. The tool covers eight occasions: Gift, Help or favor, Job interview, Wedding, Hospitality, Mentorship, Customer purchase and Sympathy. Tone can be Warm, Professional, Short or Heartfelt. A post-interview note and a sympathy card need very different wording, and a stack of wedding thank-yous goes faster when you only have to change the detail line for each guest.

The notes are written on the Toolz server. Your form is sent over HTTPS, the server builds the prompt and runs Gemma 3 1B, a small open model from Google, with Ollama, and three notes stream back within a few seconds. Names and details are used to write the reply and then discarded: they are not stored or logged, not used to train any model, and not sent to any third-party AI company.

Keep the limits in mind. The model knows only what you type, so a vague detail gives a vague note. A 1B model can also over-praise or repeat itself; read the note, trim anything that sounds inflated and add a line only you could write. A handwritten card is still the gold standard for weddings and sympathy, and the draft works well as the text you copy out by hand.
