Browser-Based Processing:

Many tools process data locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data loss that occurs during browser-based processing.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities:

• You may not share your account credentials
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

• Abuse API rate limits or automate access without permission

Content Restrictions:

• You may not process illegal content through our tools
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you process

Free Tier:

Paid Subscriptions:

• Pro and Enterprise plans available with enhanced features

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Refunds:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund within first 30 days
• Refund requests must be submitted via our contact page

Cancellation:

• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for unused time after the refund period

Our Content:

• Toolz.dev, its logo, and all content are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Our tools and their underlying code are proprietary

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you process through our tools
• You grant us no rights to your processed content
• We do not claim ownership of your tool outputs

Feedback:

• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us
• We are not obligated to compensate you for feedback
• We may implement similar features independently

Service Provided "As Is":

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLZ.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toolz.dev and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website.

Notification:
